Always helpful and friendly I hit a curb in my Honda and ended up with a flat tire. Tot recommended a towing company for me. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous I originally came in for an oil change, the service technician mentioned it was time to get the tires rotated, I did...thank you for noticing this on I originally came in for an oil change, the service technician mentioned it was time to get the tires rotated, I did...thank you for noticing this on my paperwork. I mentioned and showed him the paint on the car had an issue with delamination. Tot Ingram immediately came out after the service tech informed him of the issue. He then proceeding to warranty, set up an appointment to get the car painted and send me on my way in a very timely manner. Thank you Tot Ingram More

Making a service call gone bad, right again After making an appointment for an oil/oil filter change and a tire rotation, I arrived and waited and left within 1 1/2 hrs. without my car being tou After making an appointment for an oil/oil filter change and a tire rotation, I arrived and waited and left within 1 1/2 hrs. without my car being touched. I had another appointment to attend. I live 50 min. away. I spoke with the service manager about my experience and how I didn’t have time to bring my car back for awhile. Curt had someone get my car the next day and left a car for me to drive. My car was serviced without my leaving home. I am appreciative of their customer service. My “bad” experience was washed away.
