Excellent service I made an appointment on line for late afternoon since I could drive to Gainesville after a day out of town. engine rattle Thought problem was with idler, but turned out to be a belt. Technicians replaced it and it turned out to be a lot less$$$ than I was expecting. Goes the extra mile to see that my needs are met! Joey was the poor soul that had to deal with our Honda CRV. He gave me a diagnoses of all the problems that the CRV was having and what it would cost Joey was the poor soul that had to deal with our Honda CRV. He also had to deal with a secondary warranty company in getting the covered items paid for by the warranty company. He was also willing to work with me in getting the repairs done over a two day period because of a financial issue I was having. He made sure that I had the vehicle back when I needed it and that everything with the paperwork was ready to go. He called me with updates and if there were any questions that I needed to answer he would call for me to answer the questions instead of assuming what I would want to do. I really appreciate the time Joey took to help me get my car back on the road. It's service like this that will bring me back to see him or any of his coworkers at Milton Martin Honda again! More
