When we had a problem with our transmission, he replaced it with a rebuilt transmission. Subsequently, that transmission failed and they did their best to diagnose the exact problem and decided that we needed to replace the transmission. The new transmission was replaced with no cost whatsoever to us. To date, the new transmission has been working great. We would recommend Matt and Milton Martin Honda to everyone! More

Variety of Appointment Availability, Speedy Service I was able to schedule the service pretty last minute, which you aren't able to do at most dealerships. On top of that, the wait once I arrived wasn't I was able to schedule the service pretty last minute, which you aren't able to do at most dealerships. On top of that, the wait once I arrived wasn't that long at all. I've waited two or more hours before at a dealership while they were changing my oil. Even though they weren't super busy on the Saturday morning that I came, they were done with my car in maybe 45 minutes (and that included the multi-point inspection as well as a car wash). The quiet seating area is surprisingly super quiet and comfortable, and they had plenty of fairly priced snacks available for purchase along with free coffee and hot chocolate. Usually I'm a pretty cold person but it was actually pretty comfortably warm on the chilly morning I came in their waiting area, which was a pleasant surprise and made the wait much more comfortable. Their Wi-Fi is pretty fast as well, which compensates for the lack of signal that I had with Verizon in their quiet waiting room. More
