Negative experience I had an experience with the Service and Parts department. I received an old changed about two months ago. After about a week, I noticed that the eng I had an experience with the Service and Parts department. I received an old changed about two months ago. After about a week, I noticed that the engine spalsh underneath my car was hanging down. I immediately take it into the shop and was advised that “bolts were missing”. (The employee never put the bolts back in after changing my oil.) The service advisor advised me that the bolts were not available to be ordered through Honda individually and I would have to buy the entire engine slash kit for $175+. The advisor said they could zip tie the engine splash as an alternative fix. After a few weeks, the engine splash began to fall again to the point it needed replacing. I spoke with the Parts Department about ordering the part and price matching another Honda dealership. The Parts Deptartment Manager was extremely rude, unhelpful and told me that he was not pricing match to make a 10% margin. I later spoke with the Service Manager who told me to bring it in and they would check it out to see what they can do. After a few hours, I received a phone call with an estimate of $300+ for the parts and installation. I declined and took my car to a Honda dealership in South Carolina and saved $150 on these repairs. I would not recommend this dealership. The employees will RIP YOU OFF and lack customer service. Save your time and money by researching other Honda dealership in the Greater Atlanta area. For my case, I just went to South Carolina to deal with the dealership I know and trust. More
