From the first call to the dealership through explaining the work performed and the bill for the work, Shane Robinson was incredibly helpful and professional. While assessing the problem, Shane noticed that there were three recall items to be handled for the CRV, all of which he dealt with in addition to the primary repair required. He also called our attention to a couple of other safety-related issues that he suggested we take care of fairly soon. The car was ready when promised, with all work well-performed. He ordered the part I need to get the work done, and I'll be going back to get it installed. My A.C. is blowing cold air again and we are thankful. It is way to hot out there for no A.C. He also gave us a military discount, and we were very happy to hear that they honor active military, and veterans.. Will definitely be back. More

Worth the drive for the cost savings and customer service I called and received a quote for a transmission service from Milton Martin. They were several hundred dollars less expensive than what Honda Mall of I called and received a quote for a transmission service from Milton Martin. They were several hundred dollars less expensive than what Honda Mall of Georgia quoted me. They walked me through other suggested service items, but were not pushy. They had appointments available that were convenient for me. They were courteous when we dropped off our van, called when it was ready, and let me know of minor items they found during the inspection. My only complaint is that they waited until I got there to pick it up to wash it, but had it ready in around ten minutes after I had checked out. More

They shuttled me and my Cuz to red lobster to eat and right as We finished our lunch There was the shuttle pulling in to pick us up. Whem We got back it was finished and They had even washed the car.
