I recently moved to Gainesville from Atlanta and, as a single female, was DREADING the process of having to look for a new car. I have had terrible experiences in Atlanta of being taken advantage of and b single female, was DREADING the process of having to look for a new car. I have had terrible experiences in Atlanta of being taken advantage of and being talked down to by car salesmen. Brandon was so respectful and answered all my questions without making me feel “less than”. His middle name should be “Patient”. He patiently drove me so many times to a church parking lot where I could safely test drive each car because it was raining and I didn’t want to be on the slick roads in an unfamiliar car. He set up all the tech for me and synched my phone and was very responsive when I had additional questions via text. He’s not just a nice guy until the sale is done but he’s available down the road to answer questions. I so appreciate that he allows me to text him with questions. New cars with new technology can be intimidating for a single older woman. Brandon is happy to continue the relationship after the sale and for this reason I will be referring my friends to him. I feel like I am a very “high maintenance” customer with my constant questions but he never makes me feel like I am bothering him. Top notch 5 star service!
