Overall, the experience was great. The service guy who helped me was friendly, and my car was finished in a reasonable amount of time. I gave five stars; however, I have one complaint/criticism. I had to take time out of my schedule for a recall, which is Honda's fault. Recalls happen, I get that. My problem is, why was it a big deal or impossible to get a loaner vehicle? I was told the work wasn't serious. That is fine; however, it made me have to rearrange my business and schedule due to an error on Honda's part. Realistically, I think even Carmax is providing loaner vehicles nowadays. Other than that, it was easy, and the people at this dealership, including sales, have always been great. More
