Jake Law is restoring our trust in Milton Martin Honda. Which means a great deal to our family. While hesitant about bringing our 2018 Honda Civic back into the Gainesville, Georgia location to get fut Which means a great deal to our family. While hesitant about bringing our 2018 Honda Civic back into the Gainesville, Georgia location to get future services, when our skidplate was NOT secured back after a routine oil change & dropped onto the expressway with only 2 remaining "engine lower bolt screws" barely hanging on,...while we were driving down the interstate at 70 miles per hour, bringing us to a loud scraping screeching halt on the side of a busy 'big rig' expressway. Frightening to say the least. Fortunately a kind citizen driving by with his family after church turned around at the closest exit & helped us with a low profile jack and our relative that also heeded our emergency situation had some sturdy bendable wire (that he had put in his truck over a year ago for a 'case of emergency' situation and 'thankful' it came in handy) to help us fully secure the skid plate on until our new bolt screws that we ordered from Amazon arrived days later by mail, to replace ourselves. A gripping experience for our family and not one that we were taking lightly. Jake Law answered our displeasing message to the service department and called us back promptly. Jake listened to our frustrations and was very kind & courteous while doing so. Certainly helped to calm a 'tense within' situation. He told us that when we were ready to get the Honda serviced again for the next oil change to 'please contact him' & he would work hard to make things right for us & in turn for Milton Martin Honda. Jake promptly returned our call yet again, & we brought our Honda in recently for service, along with a *recall* that needed correcting. Jake was more than professional in this matter, he was also very caring. We greatly appreciate Jake's integrity & his 'word' to make things right for our situation & gaining our trust back with Milton Martin Honda. More folks like Jake Law are what is needed in this day & age. Thank you much Jake for helping to put our minds at ease & restoring trust for us with Milton Martin Honda.
