My 2018 CRV unexpectedly broke down one morning last week! We live about an hour north of the dealership and had to have the car towed to Gainesville. Enzo DiVaio was a very calming voice on the phone when I called him to advise that my car would be arriving there shortly via tow truck. He immediately made an appointment for me so that when the car arrived the techs would be able to check it within a few hours. Enzo was ready and waiting when I arrived and true to his word, my car was quickly diagnosed (needed all 4 blocked injectors replaced). Thankfully Milton Martin Honda had the injectors in stock and my car was repaired so that I was on my way back home later that afternoon!
