Chad was phenomenal, great communication throughout the whole appointment. I would not recommend the dealership for service as my vehicle was misdiagnosed. I was told I’d need a new clutch and fan wheel (r whole appointment. I would not recommend the dealership for service as my vehicle was misdiagnosed. I was told I’d need a new clutch and fan wheel (replaced 2 years ago by another shop). I got a second opinion same day at a different shop and the issue was fixed within 10 minutes, saving me over 2500.00 and avoiding an unnecessary repair. More
