Chris Skillman, our sales consultant, was personable, knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy. He actually helped us decide initially whether we wanted another Odyssey or a newly redesigned Pilot. We enjoyed his company during our test drives, negotiating and final purchase. Although we had to wait a month for our choice of Pilot to arrive, it was worth it. Chris kept us informed of its status during the wait. The signing process also flowed smoothly with Tim and we were very comfortable with our final deal.
