At first glance, the facility appears to be old and uninviting. I was concerned that the service experience would be inefficient and less than state-of-the art. I was wrong. I was greeted immediately, the reason for my visit was assessed, a timeline was given, and I moved on to the waiting room. My repair was made in reasonable amount of time and the cost of the repair was fair. I have two Hondas. I considered taking my Hondas to the dealership I had used for years principally because of the facility's appearance. I have decided to have both of my Hondas serviced at Milton Martin Honda from now on. More
