He also advised me of the time frame I was looking at for the work being done so all of that was great . One thing I have a concern with is the new parts are used but never asked if I want to see the old ones ?? Like the air filters for engine & cabin ? I don't know if this is your policy or not just seems like I have been asked @ other places when things like this were replaced ? One other concern to me is the cost of labor there is nothing on the invoice for the labor rate ?? I know I was there no more than 2 1/2 hrs but I don't know if one person did all the work or not but invoice shows tech E92 for both items listed on the invoice ? The labor total is $282.50 that seems excessive to me for the amount of time it took for the work to be completed & car washed etc ?? More
