I would like to thank Graham Edward’s , Kimberly Biggs and the rest of the team for the awesome service and multi-point inspection on 12/17/24 for my 2020 Honda Crv !! The whole process was professional and very timely . The waiting room and other areas of the building were clean and provided me with more than I could ask for. Graham Edwards listened to my needs and explained every detail that his team provided on my first visit with Milton Martin Honda. I left feeling confident that my Honda was given the attention needed to complete my first inspection and take the worry out of my holiday travels next week! Alexis was 10/10 she listened to our needs and our wants for the auto we were about to purchase. It’s rare to find a sales person willing for take time with you about other than just trying to sell you anyt for the auto we were about to purchase. It’s rare to find a sales person willing for take time with you about other than just trying to sell you anything on the lot. We found our go to for future purchases. Alexis shared as a mom of many and grandchildren expanding that number often we need to be heard and listened to, there is a huge difference and she gets it! Empathy is more important to me than sympathy and she has both! She was very knowledgeable about all the various vehicles we looked at and in the end we are confident we made the right choice with her and our new ride! Thank you! More
