This is the first review I have ever written, but I think it's important to write this for people looking for a new Vehicle anywhere in or around Mn. I found a F150 Ford Raptor at Mills Ford in Willmar Mn th it's important to write this for people looking for a new Vehicle anywhere in or around Mn. I found a F150 Ford Raptor at Mills Ford in Willmar Mn that I wanted to buy. It was exactly what I wanted and at a great price. I live in California, so logistics were going to be an issue, so I thought. From the first call to the Dealership to the arrival of my Truck was a very smooth transaction. After My first Call to Salesman AlRoy I knew that this was the right place (I think we would be friends if I lived in MN) He's that Nice! After talking to him and requesting picture upon pictures of the Truck, he always responded quickly and gave me more than enough information to make an informed decision. He went above and beyond. AlRoy also gave me a shipping Companie's name and number to call and see if it was even worth it to buy it out of State and have it shipped to me in California. It was!! After initially making a mistake on the loan application, Ali Ahmed and Abbas Abdulabbas helped to ensure I was who said I was and not some scammer or that someone wasn't stealing my Identity. Abbas walked me through sending all of the documents and stayed on the phone with me the entire time and walked through step by step on what to do. Those Fella's also went above and beyond to make this Deal Happen. I can't say enough great things about this Dealership! Do not hesitate to Call Mills Ford in Willmar if You are in or around the area. I want to add that the receptionist who's name slips my mind was Extremely polite when answering the phone and she might have the hardest job at the Dealership because She has to say a mouthful every time when answering the phone. If this vehicle would have been at another dealer I would have walked out of Mills. They could care less if they sold the vehicle or not. Had to walk in and search out for someone to show us a vehicle. Then have walked out of Mills. They could care less if they sold the vehicle or not. When they "cleaned" the vehicle for us to take at the end it looked like the took 5 seconds with some wet wipes on the inside of it. No floor mats in the vehicle and did not even offer any of the paper ones for the inside. I do not recommend Mills in Willmar at all. More
