This dealership knows nothing about customer service and I would not deal with them. I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander on Sunday and on Tuesday morning a rock hit my windshield. I had purchased the $ I would not deal with them. I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander on Sunday and on Tuesday morning a rock hit my windshield. I had purchased the $995 protection plan that covered the windshield for 4 years, however, because the salesperson never told me that they should take care of the protection BEFORE I left with the vehicle, when I called Miller and spoke with the salesperson, he told me there was nothing they could do. I then spoke with the manager and he told me they would take care of it and replace the windshield. When I went to pick the vehicle up the next day they had plugged the hole, not replaced the windshield. I told them that was unacceptable on a brand new vehicle costing $40K. They agreed to replace the windshield the next day. The next day I called to see if my Highlander was ready and was then told that the windshield repairer had to order it so nothing had been done. This was at 4:50 PM. No one had bothered to call me all day to tell me that it was unlikely that my vehicle was going to be ready. I then spoke with the General Manager, Ken Sheppard, who started giving me a hard time and arguing with me. He told me they were doing me a favor to replace the windshield - even though I had paid the $995 for the protection plan! The end result is that I conclude that they do not understand the meaning of customer service and do not know how to treat a customer. I would NOT DO BUSINESS with this dealership ever again. More
We purchased a certified 2002 Camry from Miller. Having had to deal with aggressive salesmen and the classic bait-and-switch routine elsewhere, it was a pleasure working with the people at Miller. They wer had to deal with aggressive salesmen and the classic bait-and-switch routine elsewhere, it was a pleasure working with the people at Miller. They were friendly, courteous, and helpful. We had considered going to CarMax just to avoid the negotiating hassle, but Miller's price was almost identical to that of uncertified cars that had higher mileage at CarMax. Of course, it's important to check the Miller website where prices are substantially lower than the sticker prices at the lot. More
