Hello - My name is Mike Beard and I am a repeat customer from the Miller Toyota dealership in Manassas, Virginia. Our sales person is Amos Crosgrove. I have bought both times from Amos Crosgrove and would from the Miller Toyota dealership in Manassas, Virginia. Our sales person is Amos Crosgrove. I have bought both times from Amos Crosgrove and would gladly do it again sometime in the future. In December 2007 I bought a 2008 Toyota Camry from Miller Toyota ( Sales person Amos Crosgrove ) and have been pleased with this vehicle. Mr. Crosgrove was very nice and very good at talking about the vehicle. Since then I have had all my Service work done at Miller Toyota as well on my 2008 Toyota Camry. I find the staff in the Service Department nice and very willing to work with my schedule to bring my vehicle in for service. Pat Humphrey in the service department has always been nice and able to help out anyway he could and always did so. Always when I come in for service I always make it a point to stop by and say hello to Mr. Crosgrove in Sales. Well this past time I happen to see a 2011 Toyota Camry on the Sales floor and asked about it. We the rest is history and as you know I now have a new 2011 Toyota Camry and the day i bought it Amos Crosgrove was once again there for the purchase. Even in deceiding to purchase it my wife went by and spoke to Amos as well and he answered all her questions. It was a hard decesion because we were very happy with our 2008 Toyota Camry and it had no problems and was always a good vehicle to us, however when this 2011 Toyota camry came up and Amos was able to answer all our questions it was great and a no brainer we wanted to go forward and purchase this new vehicle. I also want to bring up that once when Amos Crosgrove was busy with another customer and I was waiting until he was free another salesman ( Bob Halderman ) was there to keep me company and answered a few questions I had as well. Then once Mr. Amos Crosgrove was free I asked even more questions. Now I do want to mention that while I was waiting for Mr. Amos Crosgrove and Mr. Bob Halderman was keeping me company that Mr. Amos Crosgrove did acknowledge that I was there and told me he would be right with me as soon as he could. I understood that he was with another customer and told him to take his time and I would wait my turn. Yes and as soon as Amos was free we talked about me purchasing the 2011 Camry. I even e-mailed Amos several times asking questions and he answered them and then after talking to my wife we purchased the 2011 Camry and she and I were very satisified with once again dealing with Amos Crosgrove at Miller Toyota in Manassas, Virginia. Please express our apperciation to Amos Crosgrove and everyone at the Miller Toyota Dealership for all there great customer service. A very happy customer, Mike & Kerry Beard. P.S. Please note that even though we moved from Manassas, Virginia to Sterling , Virginia thqat we still travel across town to go to Miller Toyota. More
I am probably like most people out there; very busy with little time or desire to buy a new car. Also I despise the car buying experience. I do have to go out of my way to comment the staff at Miller Toyo little time or desire to buy a new car. Also I despise the car buying experience. I do have to go out of my way to comment the staff at Miller Toyota and the salesperson that assisted me through my purchase (Amos Crosgrove). I felt like they really listened to what was important to me and gave me a price that I was proud of. In the end I have to recommend this Toyota store and my friendly salesperson. More
We recently purchased a 2010 Prius from Miller. Perhaps the best recommendation that we can make is that this is the fifth consecutive new vehicle that we have purchased from Miller (two Camrys and two Cor the best recommendation that we can make is that this is the fifth consecutive new vehicle that we have purchased from Miller (two Camrys and two Corollas) dating back to 1996. Just bought a new 2010 Toyota Limited Highlander from Miller Toyota in Manassas. We were debating between this car and the 2010 Limited 4 Runner. The sales staff was very patient as we tested both and ne Miller Toyota in Manassas. We were debating between this car and the 2010 Limited 4 Runner. The sales staff was very patient as we tested both and never pressed us for a decision. We came back several times before deciding on the Highlander. Amos and Wilber were very interested in us being satisfied. We had several expensive options added and Miller's folks did a great job doing so. While we didn't use financing, the folks in the finance area were very thorough in explaining warranties, registration, titling, etc. This is my first experience with Miller and they have been great. We have had a Lexus for years and this Toyota dealer is every bit as good as Lexus in providing first class customer service. As an important aside, the Highlander is a fine vehicle so far. More
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Lee Hall and Dan Slayton who worked with me today. Previously today I had a pretty bad experience at Koons Honda and was about to forego getting a new car at and Dan Slayton who worked with me today. Previously today I had a pretty bad experience at Koons Honda and was about to forego getting a new car at the time. Until I came to Miller Toyota Used Cars. THIS is what going car shopping should be like. NO gimmicks! No talking down to the customer! No intimidation! No hard-ball tactics! No bait and switch! Miller Toyota, Lee and Dan exemplify the attitude, qualities and friendliness that ALL dealerships and staff should posess. I have never purchased a car the same day I looked at it but the lack of pressure and the willingness to be flexible made this purchase a no-brainer. Thank you, thank you, thank you Lee, Dan and Miller Toyota! It has only been 3 hours but I LOVE my new car! More
I only bought one new car from Miller Toyota and the purchase was so many years ago that today I cannot provide the most honest assessment for the transaction. However, I can say that until 2007 (now a purchase was so many years ago that today I cannot provide the most honest assessment for the transaction. However, I can say that until 2007 (now a satisfied Honda Accord owner) I was "addicted" to Camry reliability and performance and made my purchases elsewhere. What I can honestly report is my experience with their service department. I had no problems with service when my cars were under warranty, but all heck broke out once the warranty expired. I took my car to Miller for service chiefly because of its AAA affiliation (satisfied member for over 30 years), which has always stood for integrity. There are two glaring examples for my dissatisfaction with Miller Toyota's service department. The first occurred when I noticed a braking problem so I immediately went to Miller and requested an estimate. After a short period the service manager scribbled on a piece of paper a figure in excess of $1000.00 to make the repair. I couldn't believe it so I drove to Woodstock, VA for a second opinion from a respected non-dealer repair shop where the estimate amounted to slightly more than $100.00 to replace a failed brake line. Never a brake problem since that repair. The second incident in 2006 occurred when the car was "dead". I had no choice but to tow the car to Miller for the repair and requested that all replaced parts be returned. Cost for this experience was in excess of $1000.00 and the parts weren't returned. Service manager claimed parts were in dumpster and HE CLIMBED INTO DUMPSTER TO RETRIEVE PARTS (yeah right) but the collection had already been made. I sought legal redress and following his research counsel advised the only recourse I had was to complain to AAA and the Better Business Bureau. Done! As I write of my experience today, 2/27/2010, Toyota is having major recall problems and Miller Toyota lost its AAA accreditation. Do you as a reader of the many posts on Miller Toyota trust the five star evaluations on any website? I wonder. More
I recently bought my new Toyota Highlander from Famous Amos!! I had been to many other dealership and I had the BEST experience with Miller. They did not pressurize me for the sale at all and infact be Amos!! I had been to many other dealership and I had the BEST experience with Miller. They did not pressurize me for the sale at all and infact because I had a specific need in-terms of Trim, exterior and interior color; Amos ensured that all my needs were met as per my satisfaction. He also picked me up on the day of the delivery as I did not have any mode of transport. In-terms of price, cause I had already surveyed other dealers in the area, I was able to negotiate a good deal and would recommend everyone to do the legwork to get the best price. I will recommend everyone to straight ask for Amos Crosgrove when you arrive at Miller to buy a new Toyota. More
Be aware of MILLER TOYOTA.. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience. Let me brief on my issue and the assistance I am getting.. Issue: The dealer accepted for installation of IPOD Kit. place based on my experience. Let me brief on my issue and the assistance I am getting.. Issue: The dealer accepted for installation of IPOD Kit. This was not written on the contract. They stated, as it is not in the contract they will not do it. The Sales Rep, Ameer accepted that, he had done the mistake. Yet they don't honor, what they have accepted. Jeremy Cubbage the manager doesn't respond to my issue. Calling him multiple times hasn't worked till now. He doesn't pick the call / doesn't respond. Buyers please be aware of Miller Toyota and its employees. This scenario can happen to anyone.. Ensure you ask the rep to write each and every detail on paper. Let it be something given free of cost too. Given a choice, with the hastle I am going through, I prefer a BIG ZERO for Miller Toyota... I will change this response based on how my issue is taken care off. More
We looked many places for a used Honda with a manual transmission for a reasonable price. We dealt with disreputable dealers, bait and switch, just about everything you can run into. Pat at Miller Toy transmission for a reasonable price. We dealt with disreputable dealers, bait and switch, just about everything you can run into. Pat at Miller Toyota was great. He showed me a 2005 Accord that was perfect for us. The list price was a little high, but after negotiating we got it down into our price range and below Edmunds and KBB price. Thanks for a great car at a great price Pat! More
