This is our second Miller Toyota. Selected a 2012 Highlander and was served by Mr. Dale Erickson. After a very through test drive and informative discussion, negotiated a fair deal. At no time were there any 'high pressure' tactics; a most civil process. Financial transaction was also fast and effecient. "IF" I had to point out a negative, it would be the length of time to clean up the car for delivery, and that was because the shop was backed up -- understandable. Note: the coffee in the waiting room is toxic. Strongly suggest you do your homework before hitting ANY dealer. Have a good idea what you want and what the 'invoice' on the make and model is. Contrary to popular belief, these guys (at least at Miller) aren't out to soak the customer. The margin on these cars is not as great as you may think. He displayed an admirable knowledge of all the products (I should know inasmuch as I am somewhat an automotive afficianado and know vehicles extensively), and very patiently helped my wife become conversant in the use of many of the options on the vehicle in question. Annan again made himself available one week later when we returned to pick up the vehicle following installation of the various add-on options we purchased to ensure all was completed to our satisfaction. Unlike many of the commission salespeople I have encountered in the past, Annan was ever helpful, never pushy. Annan is a most capable professional who I will always happily recommend to friends and acquaintances. As Annan's Sales Manager, Jeanine was the perfect complement to his helpfulness. She was able to quickly describe her role in the Navy Federal Credit Union Auto Buying Program, and then efficiently assisted in sealing the deal with the price that was acceptable to us. In combination, Jeanine and Annan were perfect for our auto purchasing experience. My wife and I knew what we wanted, and they helped make it happen! The sales Manager, Jeremy Cubbage was very helpful and working with Shannon, to make sure there was a vehicle on the lot that met my desires. The deal that was approved by Jeremy was incredible as well. This is the fourth vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Miller Toyota, and each time we have been extremely satisfied.
