This is the best experience we had had buying/leasing a vehicle. Wilbur greeted us and got us connected with Pat who did a wonderful job at making sure we selected the vehicle best suited for us. He wasn't pushy nor in a hurry to sell us a vehicle despite the fact that we got to the dealer about an hour before closing. Pat listened closely to us and he explained how a less costly vehicle would benefit our situation. Pat took us on a great test drive and my wife fell in love with the Camry. Pat was so attentive that he remembered when I murmured how nice it would be to have a sunroof on the Camry. He is the utmost patient, knowledgeable, and respectable sales person we had ever encountered. Application and paperwork was quick and painless. Wilbur showed us all the options we had on the lease; running scenarios that made us feel as if we where being treated fairly. And they did just that. Bob is so knowledgeable that he answered every question (beyond finance) with great detail and did not proceed until we fully understood everything. We felt very comfortable with every step of the process. It was unbelievable. We walked away feeling victorious. My wife and I had a horrible experience with another Toyota dealer in Springfield two days before going to Miller Toyota... and by far the experience with Miller Toyota was, hands down, the best. We were frank in divulging our issues and all there staff members were too. That's what made the difference. Besides that fact that everyone was catering to all our needs. They even took the time to explain every feature in the car to my wife before she drove off the lot. Bottom line, Toyota has earned two loyal customers, my wife and I. Dolair Alali's professionalism and good communication skills ensured that I had an excellent car buying experience at Miller Toyota Scion. I originally asked Dolair for a price quote on a Camry L but the skills ensured that I had an excellent car buying experience at Miller Toyota Scion. I originally asked Dolair for a price quote on a Camry L but the dealership did not have any Ls in the color I was looking for. Dolair then suggested a Camry LE that had an additional $900 in extras, but was only $300 more than the price quote he gave me for the Camry L. I compared the Miller Toyota Scion price with four other Toyota dealerships in the Washington Metropolitan area and the price Dolair quoted me for the Camry LE was $1,000 less than what the other four dealerships quoted me for the Camry LE. I (and my daughter) agreed to meet Dolair at 7:00 pm on Friday, May 10 to buy the vehicle. Dolair was polite and provided us with a good description of the Camry LE's features while my daughter test drove the car. He has a direct, no-nonsense attitude that I really appreciate. I will highly recommend Miller Toyota Scion to my friends and colleagues based on the excellent experience I had with Dolair. More
Sam Lee was courteous and helpful to me. He took the time to explain how the hybrid engine worked. He answered all the questions I had about the Prius since I was a prior Honda owner. I worked Dolair Alali, who worked with me through all of the back and forth discussions about what model, options, color, etc. At times, I know I was a difficult customer to deal with but Dolair always worked with me, kept me informed throughout the entire process and made my wife and I feel comfortable at the showroom when he showed us around Doliar thoroughly explained the manuals, programs and the features of our brand new Tundra. Dolair was excellent and I highly recommend you go see him if you live in the area and are looking to purchase a Toyota or Scion. I also worked with Jeannine McDevitt and Dan Slayton who for 4-5 days were also constantly on the phone with me and exchanging emails with me regarding the type of Tundra we were looking for. They went out of their way to get me a very good interest rate with Toyota Financial Services considering we were 11K upside down (yes, 11K – that’s not a typo), but they made the deal work (pretty much a miracle to me) and even got us to the monthly payment we desired. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car dealerships just don’t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet, but folks like Dolair, Jeannine and Dan deliver an incredible service and in no way did they ever make us feel this way. They pretty much turned what I thought would be an impossible deal into a brand new 2013 Silver Toyota Tundra sitting in my driveway!!!!! BRAVO - JOB WELL DONE!!! Sometime ago I had bought a Toyota FJ from the dealership & there ended up being an issue that they were unable to resolve, I told them they would need to take the FJ back And To My Surprise they agreed, I got ALL my money back, with no hemming or hawing, or stalling. This has always stuck in the back of my mind & so when it came time to buy a new vehicle, where else was I going to go? More

The entire transaction was handled very professionally and I was given some valuable coupons for the service department. I will likely purchase my next vehicle from this dealer and look for the Lee Hall to handle the sale again. More

I was intent on a 4Runner, but he suggested that I take a look at a Highlander. I ended up buying the Highlander. A week or so later I forgot how to operate something and I stopped by for him to show me. During the purchase I advised him that my car needed work. He walked me over to the Service Center and introduced me to Mark on the service team. Mark was very friendly as well. More

Because of my experiences with other car dealerships, I drove from Alexandria to Manassas in hopes of a better experience. None of the typical car sales pressure environment, and none of the multiple back-and-forth between the sales person and the sales manager. They went out of their way to find the vehicle that I wanted and brought it to their dealership. They held the car for me while I was out of the country for 2 weeks. They found the best interest rate for my loan. Overall my best new car sales experience. More
