But, we came back to Miller to make the deal with Jose, as we were just so much more impressed with them than the people we encountered at Koons. We don't buy cars often; so, it may be a while before we are in the market again. But, when we are, we won't hesitate to contact Jose to see if he has anything that could meet our needs. More

In less than 16 hours after I picked up my new Camry on Wednesday evening from Miller Toyota, a bird did its business all the way across the top of the trunk of my car from one side to the other side and on to the left rear light. It’s all cleaned up now and not a problem. That bird must have been on steroids in more ways than one. Denise and I want to thank you and Miller Toyota for excellent customer service. Denise and I are extremely impressed with: • Your expertise and salesmanship in helping us purchase the 2013 Camry, • Tango’s, Ed’s and all concerned with accessories package servicing, • Ed’s follow up of the my wife’s Sienna navigation maps DVD order and delivery, • Servicing Department’s assistance with the car rental process, • the Manager and Chief Servicing Technician’s accommodation Wednesday night at short notice replacing the panel section (with the Park, Reverse, Drive, etc. letters) that had several scratch marks near the gear shift handle, and, last but certainly not least, • Hollie’s excellent customer service and fabulous personality.
