Miller Toyota responded

Dear Responder, As you know we are under the cloud (literally) of construction. This has caused unforeseen challenges on daily basis. When you visited us there were no vehicles on display at the new vehicle facility where the new vehicle sales staff is located. The pre-owned staff where our new vehicles are currently stored is not necessary trained on the new vehicle product, telematics and features. For this reason, they do not normally interface with new vehicle purchasers. Based on your written input we have made a few midcourse corrections to our processes. We now have signs placed in every vehicle letting customers know that the storage lot is not staffed and if they need immediate assistance, there is a phone number to call. I am sorry you got caught in what appeared to be indifference by staff. I can assure you it was not intentional. We are very sorry that we dropped the ball. This is a very good lesson for us. Thanks for taking the time to help us get better. Thanks Ken Shepherd General Manager
