Avoid. Called about a vehicle recall. First person I got was obviously annoyed that I bothered him, and mocked how old the car was. When I didn't have the VIN handy, I had to call back. Fine. The lady I got the second time initially said they couldn't help VIN, because I didn't have the letter Toyota sent out (I offered her the VIN, and the description from Toyota's web site, but I had to push her to use those instead of the letter). Finally she found the recall (took about 10 minutes), but couldn't tell me whether they had the parts or how long the repair would take. Promised to have someone call me back right away, but so far no call. In contrast, I just called another toyota dealership, and in 3 minutes they had me setup for the recall and were extremely courteous the whole time. ----- Update: I promptly received a message from the manager after posting this review. He offered his apologies, stated he found and painfully listened to the phone call exchange, and would work to address the issues. In stark contrast to the previous two contacts, the manager, ken, was extremely polite. More

My wife and I purchased a used Nissan Altima for our teenage daughter (her 1st car). Sam Smith was the sales employee who helped us and he was a joy to deal with. He helped us stay within our budget and was straightforward in his dealings (i.e. he did not say "let me go talk with my finance manager about this and that"). We are now considering selling/trading my wife's vehicle and purchasing another vehicle from Sam Smith at Miller Toyota. Additionally, Kriss Williams helped us with the finance portion of our purchase. Kriss was very professional and courteous and made sure I understood all options. Kriss beat our bank's loan rate by 3%! Kriss did not "push" the extended warranties on us, but we purchased one due to his thorough explanations, inspite of the fact that we initially did not want to purchase a warranty. Finally, my wife and I really enjoyed working with Miller Toyota. It made purchasing our teen's first car an enjoyable experience. I found the used-vehicle sales manager and sales staff very responsive and friendly. Even the finance manager was forth-coming with information about the used, certified vehicle program. I purchased my second Prius from Sam Lee and couldn't possibly be happier with the experience. I've been peppering him with questions for months trying to decide on model and features. He's always been quick to respond with information, links, and experiences from other customers. Sam never pressured me and was always very helpful and kind. When I finally decided to order my dream car, I expected to wait several months, since I couldn't find it online in the area. To my surprise, Sam arranged to get another dealer's delivery (at no extra cost), at my desired price the next day!! Sam made sure the car was beautiful and ready when I came in. The paperwork guys were efficient and transferred the plates from my old car. During the minimal wait, Sam went over all the new features very carefully and answered all my questions, no matter how trivial. I've bought several cars in my lifetime, but this was the best experience by far. It was actually fun! The best part is knowing that if I have any questions, Sam will be able to answer them for me. He cares for his customers as people. I know this because I have corresponded with him during the 9 years I owned my last Prius. He was always thoughtful and helpful with the few issues associated with my 2004 Prius. Sam is the best salesman and a real mench. I can't recommend him highly enough. More
