When I arrived at the dealership , a gentleman named Steve Cox knew who I was when I approached the Rav4's that I mentioned I was interested in on the phone. He was very friendly and professional. I have been searching for a late model CPO RAV 4 for some time hoping my patience would pay off and it did. In a Friday evening search on Cars.com, I found the Blue RAV 4 listed online that I purchased. Two time hoping my patience would pay off and it did. While the price was a great selling point, my husband and I particularly enjoyed working with Steve Cox, my salesperson. Steve was extremely personable and did a great job of telling me about the vehicle while not pushing me. He also respected my wish to not be contacted by phone in the original email. The whole process was very smooth and I came away feeling like I got a great car and was treated very well. Vartran, who completed the sale, was also a pleasure to work with. My husband who is not a Toyota fan at all even came away impressed with Miller Toyota. Two weeks ago, he purchased a new vehicle and we spent a minimum of 5 hours completing the deal.
