I am the proud owner of 3 Subaru's presently. I have now owned 8 subaru's in total and can tell you they are the best cars out there, hands down! So i took my 2017 Legacy in for a recall and to get the Siri owned 8 subaru's in total and can tell you they are the best cars out there, hands down! So i took my 2017 Legacy in for a recall and to get the Sirius radio fixed. The recall was completed, however, I noticed my Sirius radio still was having issues. I was not a happy camper and spoke to Dan Dewey. Dan was very apologetic and wanted to do whatever he could to fix the issue. I brought the car back and Dan had a loaner for me to use so his team can take their time to fix the issue. Dan stayed in contact with me as it took a few days because of a needed part. I picked up the car and the job was completed. My point on this review is no one is perfect and mistakes happen. But, it is how you handle mistakes that will separate you from the competition. Great job Dan and your team! More
Miller Subaru was great with everything. Pricing was excellent and the agreement was seamless. Jay was great to us, even working on his days off to finalize everything. 2016 Forester Laura Smith was wonderful to deal with. After our 60,000 mile service, our vehicle had to be returned to service three times. I took my 2013 Tribeca to the shop for a p0014 trouble code which I diagnosed with my code tool. I got a call back the next day saying there were no codes that matched mine, in fact they got codes that d code which I diagnosed with my code tool. I got a call back the next day saying there were no codes that matched mine, in fact they got codes that did not match my vehicle (turbo wastegate codes). They cleared the codes and said it was fine. $90 for the diag. As soon as I drove off the lot, the light came back so I brought it back in. Immediately the technician told me I need a new cam gear $1300! I’m sorry but you can’t make that diagnosis with a Snap-On code tool without doing a bunch of other tests. I reluctantly agreed to the job thinking they’d must have seen this before. A week later, they call and say the car is done. As soon as I drive off the lot, light came back on. I bring it back and another week goes by and they call. Saying it was a bad oil control valve. No charge. But I just paid $1300 for a mis-diag, and now you replace a $100 part and maybe an hour labor on top? I asked for a refund of the difference and William refused, saying “we fixed your car”. Then I said “but you replaced a cam gear for no reason.” He said, “oh no, it needed that also”. Come on guys! I worked for an auto service retail company for 30 years and this is the oldest scam in the book. Not to mention having my car for two weeks with 2 come-backs. More
