Our car buying experience at Miller Subaru was exceptional. Our sales person, Ed Hughes, was extremely knowledgeable. He was a top notch salesman, without being pushy or overbearing. He knew his product line exceedingly well, which was not the case at other dealerships that we visited. My husband worked in the automotive industry at one time, as a mechanic, for a large dealership, so he would have known if Mr. Hughes was not accurate in the information he gave us about the Subaru line. He researched it thoroughly before shopping for one. My father was also a sales person, and I was able to appreciate Mr. Hughes' skills at his craft. When I mentioned that my daughter was planning to go to college for Environmental Sciences, he immediately gave us the specifications that made the Forester a green choice. We were impressed with Subaru's commitment to keeping the planet healthy by not adding to its landfills. When I mentioned that I was a preschool teacher, Mr. Hughes immediately cited the safety features of the vehicle, including back up cameras to prevent running a small child over in a school parking lot. And, of course, he knew exactly what points to make with my husband, who drives a tractor trailer for a living and once worked as a certified mechanic. Mr. Hughes is the main reason that we purchased our Forester from Miller Subaru. He was the first point of contact, and if he was not the complete professional that he was, we would have kept looking. It must also be said that the Business Manager, Joe Gallagher, and the Sales Manager, Ron Buchanan, were equally outstanding. They made a potentially painful process of applying for financing seem effortless. They were able to give us much better terms on our car loan than our credit union could. We know this for a fact, because we went into the dealership to shop, after already receiving a pre-approved car loan from our credit union. Subaru's loan terms included a much lower rate of interest, while asking for substantially less money down. All of the staff that we encountered during our car buying experience at Miller were both friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning to Miller, and Ed Hughes, for our future vehicle purchases. With two teenaged children, that will certainly be soon! More

A year ago I bought a certified pre owned Subaru from Jay at Miller Subaru. I was so impressed with the overall friendliness of the dealership and with the exceptional price on my outback, I came back this y at Miller Subaru. This was our first visit to Miller Subaru, in fact the first to any Subaru dealership. We enjoyed a very pleasant experience looking at the different models and talking to Ed Hughes. There was no pressure or impatience with us to make up our mind to buy. We did have to come back a second time to make a final decision on the type of car. I had a problem being able to see out the windshield so we had to be particularly careful about that. We're very satisfied with our new car and if we should need another one it certainly will be from Miller. Thanks. More

I want to quickly add that Joe, the finance director, did make amends with an offer for 2 years, no cost, maintainence and that was great. My wife and I were long time customers of another Subaru dealership closer to our home. We found their attitude and unwillingness to be flexible on pricing to be a put off. We were ready to lease a new car but our usual dealership was not willing to work with us and quite frankly insulted us many times during negotiations. I almost wrote off Subaru but decided to give one more chance and called Miller Subaru. A very nice woman named Jessica answered my questions on the phone. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jay Fralin. He was polite, helpful and didn't have a bad attitude like that other dealership. He and Joe Gallagher had my wife and I in our new 2010 Impreza Outback Sport in less than 2 hours. The price was right and the negotiations were painless. I feel we received a very fair deal. I am now a life long customer of Miller Subaru as long as people like Joe, Jessica and Jay work there. More
Recently, I went away from Subaru and Miller in order to get one of those cars that got uber gas mileage. After 4 months, I realized that I really missed my Subaru and the dealer experience I got from Mill get one of those cars that got uber gas mileage. After 4 months, I realized that I really missed my Subaru and the dealer experience I got from Miller (and from Subaru as a car company). Considering what I purchased, I thought I might be stuck with the car. I called up Jack to see if he could help me out. He was able to get me into a 2010 WRX Limited. This is the second car I've bought from Jack and the third one from Miller Subaru. Jack is a great salesman. He knows the car line well. Jack was never pushy and always followed up with me as he was locating the exact car I was looking for. Ron was able to get me the best number he could for my trade. They were upfront and honest and I appreciate that. Jack and Ron were able to work a deal to have me get out of the car I regretted and into something I wanted. All of my cars have been serviced at Miller as well so I have experience with their service department. I have never had to have a repair done twice. William and Dan have always worked with me around my crazy schedule. The whole service department is efficient and friendly. There is a reason why I've been going to Miller over the past 7 years. Their people make the difference. More
I felt very comfortable from the minute I walked in the door. I did not feel any stress or pressure to walk out with a car the very first time I went to this dealership and the very first time I learned a door. Since I was looking for a new car for awhile I can tell you personally that I did not have this experience in the other dealerships I went to and it made the experience at Miller relaxing and enjoyable. Also, and I don't recall his name at the moment, the person who did all the paperwork with me was wonderful as well. Everything was explained, it wasn't rushed and he allowed me to ask questions and reread things I needed to read and understand before signing. I was also introduced to the manager of the dealership and as a whole I felt that they really appreciated my business. Most importantly to me is because of the atmosphere at Miller I walked away with the car that I wanted with the extras I wanted and not with things I did not need which unfortunately happened to me in the past elsewhere. I will also now be using Miller Subaru for all of my service on my vehicle and will highly recommend them to family and friends. More
