From the first time we visited the dealership Jay was friendly and seemed sincere in "earning our business". He provided much information on each auto we looked at and answered all our questions. It took several months and numerous visits for us to figure out what we wanted and on each visit Jay was the same -- friendly, helpful, and never pushy. Overall he was patient with our indecisiveness and always pleasant to deal with. Once we figured out exactly what we wanted we all realized we would need to order a 2011 model and wait for it. The car finally arrived and we picked it up yesterday. We were just as pleased with the delivery process, efficient handling of the paperwork by the sales manager, and Jay's showing us everything in the car. He had a 2006 Subaru Tribeca B9 that came in on tradein a short time earlier. As soon as he showed it to me I fell in love with it. It met all my criteria, and was within my budget. They are truely non-pressure, and all the employees, from the salesmen, to the finance people, to the every-so-important service department are interested in pleasing the customer.
