I began taking my wife's 2001 Forester to Miller for service after moving into this area several years ago. I usually chose to wait with my car while the work was being done because it never seemed to service after moving into this area several years ago. I usually chose to wait with my car while the work was being done because it never seemed to take that long--even without an appointment--and I could just sit in the customer lounge and read and help myself to the complimentary coffee. Inevitabily I would wander into the showroom just to look and I would invariably encounter Jay who was always willing to answer my questions or provide me with a brochure. Despite the fact that he thoroughly understood and, perhaps more importantly, accepted, that I was not in the market for a new car, his courtesy and professionalism never wavered. It worked. When we finally got serious about buying a new car I went straight to Jay... we were finally ready to take that test drive and, for all intents and purposed, the sale was closed then. Jay answereed the few remaining questions I had about certain options and accessories, and seeing that my wife and I were still undecided on some details, far from pressuring us in any way to take the next step right there on the spot, he urged us to go home and discuss it over the weekend so that we would be completely comfortable with whatever decision we made. We took his advice and returned the following Monday, specs in hand. Miller didn't have my first-choice color in their inventory so Jay began making some calls to find one. He found one that was close and gave us a price which was more than we had in mind. Meanwhile I had been giving the car on the floor right in front of Jay's desk a second look and realized that it was an acceptable, if not preferable alternative to the color Jay was seeking for us. In fact, with color no longer an issue, it was EXACTLY what we wanted. The fact that Miller owned that car gave Jay a lot more flexibility on the price, and we soon arrived at a number with which we were all comfortable. Last Thursday we took delivery of our 2011 Marine Blue Pearl Forester 2.5X Limited, the culmination of the most positive and stress-free car buying experience I could have ever hoped to have. It didn't stop there; Monday Jay followed-up by phane and email to make certain that we were completely satisfied with his and Miller's service. As Jay so simply put it, "Look, you're here to buy a car and I'm here to sell a car. Let's do what we have to do to make that happen and make everybody happy." It really is just that simple with the right salesman. More

It was an absolute pleasure working with Mr. Fralin. He in not the "typical" car salesman. He was very patient, informative and knowledgeable. He made the transaction very easy and non-threatening. He is definately, by far, the best car salesman I have every dealt with. Subaru is a great vehicle with many safety features. It is the first one I have owned. I have always had Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredos (V-8 and all wheel drive). It's taking time to get used to the new vehicle. As you get older, change becomes more difficult. Overall, it's a very nice vehicle. Once again, thanks to Jay for a very pleasurable buying experience. More
Mr. Fralin was quite affable and helpful throughout a long wait for the "right" car to arrive. He maintained contact for the entire 2 plus months it took. I would recommend him without hesitation. My first contact with Miller Subaru was through the Internet. I was looking for a new Subaru Forester. I spent part of day going back forth over the Internet discussing options and pricing. That evening I went to the Dealership and met with Salesman Jay Fralin. After taking a test drive and discussing the Forester I decided to make the purchase. Jay was extremely knowledgeable about Forester and was able to answer all my questions. I was then introduced to the Sales Manager Ron Buchanan who along with Jay and myself came to agreement on the vehicle I was interested in. Everyone was great! I have since had my Forester Serviced as Miller Subaru where I met Dan Dewey the Service the Manager. I had Fog Lights added to my Forester which I decided to do a week after my purchase. All work was done extremely well and well within the time they told me it would take. I would not hesitate to recommend Miller Subaru for the purchase or service of a Subaru vehicle! More
I give Miller Subaru a very high rating for their customer service. They were not pushy when it came to selling me a car, they informed me about the car, and they were willing to list to and address customer service. As you know the 2011 is a totally different car than the 2005 and this took some getting use to. My wife had reservations because of the size of the new car and John was very patient and dealt with her objections and concerns. He didn't attack her judgement of the car, he simply asked her to drive it, which after she did her concerns were unimportant. A car is different on the road than the showroom. As a result we purchased the car our 6th Subaru since 1995. That should tell you everything, because we can afford not to buy a Subaru. Bernie McClain. More

I received pricing for my new Forrester 2.5 x from AAA along with a list of different AAA dealers that would give me the best price. AAA had me going all over the place Delaware,Turnersville, Several of t along with a list of different AAA dealers that would give me the best price. I saw the exact car and color that I wanted at Miller Subaru's web-site and put a bid in on it. I went in on the snowy Saturday and John Poster gladly took me for a road test. He knew the car inside and out and was very friendly. I told him after the ride the prices I got from AAA and he came with in $400.00 dollars of it. I bought the car on the spot. I would reccommend this dealership to anyone. They are very nice compared to my experiences in the past. More

It took several months and numerous visits for us to figure out what we wanted and on each visit Jay was the same -- friendly, helpful, and never pushy. Overall he was patient with our indecisiveness and always pleasant to deal with. Once we figured out exactly what we wanted we all realized we would need to order a 2011 model and wait for it. The car finally arrived and we picked it up yesterday. We were just as pleased with the delivery process, efficient handling of the paperwork by the sales manager, and Jay's showing us everything in the car.
