My wife and I did our homework before comming to Miller Subaru. Jay met us in the lot and was friendly but not at all pushy. A very welcome change from most dealers. The moment I walked into Miller Subaru the salesman Jay was friendly. I called about a used Subaru, and he's friendly attitude continued until I asked the wrong question. I asked to what a noise seemed to be to which he replied "nothing." after arguing for 30 minutes a technician stated the problem was a failing part soon to go at anytime. I agreed to purchase the vehicle giving "Jay" the benefit of the doubt. Soon enough the part went bad and I spent over 1000 within the first three months. The replacement was defective and was replaced yet again. Few months later I arrived back with the same noise concern to be told a related part was the actual problem. Three weeks after I decided that answer was not good enough so I called the service manager for further help. The service manager was rude and disrepectful since day one. After finally agreeing to look over the vehicle at his earliest convinience, when I arrived he treated me like I worked there and had a technician (same one as before), diagnose the concern which turned out to be the same as covered under warranty. They sent me on my way with a promise to get a hold of Subaru. This same technician contradicted himself countlessly and at one point cursed infront of me and another customer. I attempted to contact the general manager and left a voice mail, one he never replied. Later they contacted me stating that Subaru had explained to them to go ahead and replace all parts necessary. When the job was finally complete they greated me with an attitude, and had the repair order story as something non-related to my complaint in order for them to cover it as warranty. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Worst customer service I have ever seen. No care for the customer, just your wallet. More

Great experience with the team at Miller Subaru; especially with Ed Hughes. I knew what I wanted and they went above and beyond to expedite the process for me in a no pressure environmnet (a key po especially with Ed Hughes. I knew what I wanted and they went above and beyond to expedite the process for me in a no pressure environmnet (a key point when my young kids are running the dealership - which they did not mind at all). I was previously at another Subaru dealership that was closer to my house and the salesman seemed annoyed that I was there with my family - guess what, I will not buy a car unless my wife and kids fit in it and like it. I actually did not want to give them my money. Luckily, Ed and the team were the complete opposite and I feel compelled to let other people know that there are good car salespeople out there. Not many other salesmen would take my calls on their day off and come in just to ensure that everything is going well. More

This is my second Subaru, the first was leased through another dealer in the South Jersey area and after the experience I had there, I knew when the lease was up I would not be going back. Miller Subaru was the next closest dealer. I knew I wanted to purchase the new 2011 WRX but also knew they were tough to get. As a luck of fate, Jay had one coming in and held it for me while declining 10 other inquiries about the vehicle. Jay not only had the vehicle I wanted, he and Ron Buchanan were able to hit the number I wanted to pay per month. Ron made signing for the car a breeze, he thoroughly explained all of the charges, fees, etc so I knew exactly how much I was financing and how we got to the total. When I picked the vehicle up, Jay thoroughly went over the vehicle with me to make sure I knew how to operate all of the added features from my 2009 Impreza, and even synced my Iphone with the cars audio system.
