My and my wife's experience at Miller was absolutely fantastic. We're really, really satisfied. All of this, I think, answers the question about why I've provided the rating I have except for perhaps the price which quite honestly I really don't know enough about to comment on but I'm happy with the price too. Our Subaru purchase prior to this one ended well; however, I ran into a dealer in Pennsylvania about an hour's drive from my home who was so obnoxious I nearly wrote to the Chairman of the Board at Subaru to ask him why he would ever allow these fantastic automobiles to become associated with such a crude and insulting dealership. In the end I got the 'same' car at another dealership for $1000 less. My experience at Miller was the exact opposite of this bad experience. And believe me, when it's time to buy my next Subaru I'll remember you, and our friends will be hearing about you too. Thanks again. Bill More

I found the car that I was looking for and I think the price was reasonable. I met with Jack about 8 months ago to test drive an outback and legacy because I knew soon I would be ready to buy a new car and wanted a feel for subaru. Well needless to say i loved the vehicles and outback and legacy because I knew soon I would be ready to buy a new car and wanted a feel for subaru. Well needless to say i loved the vehicles and Jack was a great guy, he didn't do the typical salesman thing and try to make me sign on the dotted line right away. He spoke to me about the car, we took it for a ride and then he wished me luck on my future decision. Well Just in the past 2 weeks I decided the Outback was the car for me and I remembered Jack so I came to him. And true to form Jack remembered me too which was comforting. We happen to be from the same neighborhood so along with talking about the car we also swapped stories about home. The purchase process was as painless as humanly possible. Very good price was agreed upon and when it was moved onto speaking to the financing and paperwork team I found everyone extremely helpful and kind. Overall Miller Subaru is a great place with a family feel and Jack is the best kind of salesman anyone could ask for. I know my outback will last me a long long time but the day I do need to make another purchase I'm confident I will be returning to Miller. More

The moment I walked into Miller Subaru the salesman Jay was friendly. I called about a used Subaru, and he's friendly attitude continued until I asked the wrong question. I asked to what a noise seemed to be to which he replied "nothing." after arguing for 30 minutes a technician stated the problem was a failing part soon to go at anytime. I agreed to purchase the vehicle giving "Jay" the benefit of the doubt. Soon enough the part went bad and I spent over 1000 within the first three months. The replacement was defective and was replaced yet again. Few months later I arrived back with the same noise concern to be told a related part was the actual problem. Three weeks after I decided that answer was not good enough so I called the service manager for further help. The service manager was rude and disrepectful since day one. After finally agreeing to look over the vehicle at his earliest convinience, when I arrived he treated me like I worked there and had a technician (same one as before), diagnose the concern which turned out to be the same as covered under warranty. They sent me on my way with a promise to get a hold of Subaru. This same technician contradicted himself countlessly and at one point cursed infront of me and another customer. I attempted to contact the general manager and left a voice mail, one he never replied. Later they contacted me stating that Subaru had explained to them to go ahead and replace all parts necessary. When the job was finally complete they greated me with an attitude, and had the repair order story as something non-related to my complaint in order for them to cover it as warranty. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Worst customer service I have ever seen. No care for the customer, just your wallet. More
