Jay was pleasant, very knowledgable and calm. We did not feel any pressure at all and we were not bombarded with possible "extras" that we should get. We would definitely return again and would recommend this dealership to friends. More
Jay Fralin is a no pressure sales person. He is pleasant, knows the cars,answers your questions,calls you back with information. I referred my brother in-law and he leased two Fords for himself and a Subaru for his son from Jay Fralin and Miller Subaru and Miller Ford. I have leased 2 Foresters and bought two Outbacks from Miller Subaru over 12 years. I have had my cars serviced at Miller Subaru. I change the oil, rotate the tires and do the routine maintenance. It does not get more simple than that. More

The process was made very easy for us. I saw the vehicle on-line and sent an e-mail to the dealership to inquire as to its' availability. Within less than five minutes I received a phone call from Ryan Plo on-line and sent an e-mail to the dealership to inquire as to its' availability. Within less than five minutes I received a phone call from Ryan Plotcher. He told me the car was still available and I scheduled an appointment to look at it the following day. Ryan called me the next day to confirm the appointment. When I got to the dealership my wife and I were met by John Poster. He answered all of our questions and was very professional and courteous. We were happy with the car and the service we received in the purchase process. More

I have been looking for an '07 or '08 Subaru for over a year. Although this dealer is over 30 miles away I would go there for another car if/when I am ready. There was an unusual vibration and Ed had the service people check it and fix it.Ed also gave me some advice regarding having the car inspected. Allin all it was a great experience. More
