The process was made very easy for us. I saw the vehicle on-line and sent an e-mail to the dealership to inquire as to its' availability. Within less than five minutes I received a phone call from Ryan Plo on-line and sent an e-mail to the dealership to inquire as to its' availability. Within less than five minutes I received a phone call from Ryan Plotcher. He told me the car was still available and I scheduled an appointment to look at it the following day. Ryan called me the next day to confirm the appointment. When I got to the dealership my wife and I were met by John Poster. He answered all of our questions and was very professional and courteous. I have been looking for an '07 or '08 Subaru for over a year. Although this dealer is over 30 miles away I would go there for another car if/when I am ready.
