I was very impressed with Miller Subaru. From the moment I was greeted at the door through the selection process and final delivery and acceptance of our new Outback. Compared to other salesmen I have dealt with, Carl was very refreshing. He was considerate, very warm and friendly, and thoroughly knowledgeable about the Subaru Outback models I was interested in. I appreciated his patience, giving me ample time to compare different vehicles and test drive them. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I was very pleased with the AAA pricing of the new vehicles, and I was pleased with the trade-in allowance offerred too, which was better than other dealers had quoted me. When we came in to accept delivery of our new Subaru Outback, we were treated very well by Carl and those who handled the financing. Altogether, I believe this may have been the best new car buying experience I've had in over 30 years! More

Ed was very thorough most of the time. I appreciate him staying late on Monday the 8th so I could test drive the car and giving multiple numbers to reach him at. During the final negotiations, it was rather frustrating when he didn't know or have access to the pricing for the accessories, but he followed through and got the prices when he said he would. More

We came into the dealership looking for a Forester. We were greeted by Ed, looked at a few cars and took a test drive. I found the overall process of buying a new car at Miller to be both hassle-free and stress-free. But through that wait, I was kept comfortable and informed with regular updates from Miller. On the day of pickup, Mr. Johns left us in the capable hands of John Poster. He, too, was extremely patient, professional and stuck with us for over an hour to make sure the blue tooth was correctly entered for our phone.
