Ed was very thorough most of the time. I appreciate him staying late on Monday the 8th so I could test drive the car and giving multiple numbers to reach him at. During the final negotiations, it was rather frustrating when he didn't know or have access to the pricing for the accessories, but he followed through and got the prices when he said he would. More

We came into the dealership looking for a Forester. We were greeted by Ed, looked at a few cars and took a test drive. I found the overall process of buying a new car at Miller to be both hassle-free and stress-free. The salesman for my car, Mr.Ed Hughes has been very forthcoming and patient throughout. Since the car model I ordered was new, I knew there would be a long wait time. But through that wait, I was kept comfortable and informed with regular updates from Miller. Mr. Aaron Freedman was very patient when we finally made the purchase and carefully explained the details and paperwork clauses to us. On the day of pickup, Mr. Johns left us in the capable hands of John Poster. He, too, was extremely patient, professional and stuck with us for over an hour to make sure the blue tooth was correctly entered for our phone.
