I recently went to Miller Subaru to purchase a used 2011 Subaru Legacy. I was immediately greeted by 3 salesman that walked oustide as soon as I parked. Aaron Freedman broke down everythig for me when it came time to fill out and sign all of the paperwork. It was nice to even have a conversation with him as well. My only complaint is that it took a little on the long side to get the car cleaned up. But that's only becuase there was 1 person doing it. Other than that, great experience! More

Over the course of several visits over several months he would patiently answer any questions we had-some of which I'm sure we asked more than once. Since customer satisfaction is very important to me both personally and professionally, I would say that working with Graham Johns was like working with a friend. He was very easy going, shared great stories and was never trying to push me to hard. He gave me just enough motivation to help me choose the Crosstrek (which I love) even after I continued to test drive other cars on the lot. While I personally would have liked a little more money for my trade-in (I will actually know better once I see the resale value you all put on it) Graham was able to get me a car for the exact price with some nice accessories free of charge. Melissa did a great job explaining the paperwork for me and was extremely patient and for the 1st time in my life (as well as most of my friends) she actually asked me prior to the paperwork if I was really ready to buy the car. Going against what most car sales representatives probably do, she actually made me more comfortable and more ready to buy my new car. More
