Jack Martisofski was our sales associate for my wife Caroline and I. He introduced himself and said from the beginning that he would do everything he can to take care of us and get the best deal. We were looking at the Legacy's and I came informing him about the $159/mo lease. He told us that is was for the regular 2.5I base model and not for the sport model which my wife was interested in. I told him that before we went out and test dove the car that we work out the figures which he gladly agreed. We had a trade-in which I was hoping to get a fair market value for. Melissa came in with the figures which worked out to be exactly what my wife and I thought it would be which gave us a great feeling and the trade-in value for our car was very fair. Jack took time to show us the features of the car outside on the lot as well as while on a test drive. Overall, our experience was great because we were referred by my wife's parents (The Lazaro's). I would definitely recommend Subaru to my friend's and family. There is no pressure and the staff is very friendly. We will be coming back in a few months once my car lease is about over. I purchased a Subaru Crosstrek at Miller Subaru. It was my first time buying a car and it was a great experience. Carl was wonderful to work with and was so nice and accomidating, as was everyone that I en my first time buying a car and it was a great experience. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Miller Subaru in the last 3 years. Each time I received a fair price right away without the back and forth haggle a lot of dealers will put you through.
