I purchased a Subaru Crosstrek at Miller Subaru. It was my first time buying a car and it was a great experience. Carl was wonderful to work with and was so nice and accomidating, as was everyone that I en my first time buying a car and it was a great experience. My car was not ready when expected so I was offered a rental car in the mean time. I would highly recommend Miller Subaru. My experience with Carl was not like the typical sales transaction. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Miller Subaru in the last 3 years. Each time I received a fair price right away without the back and forth haggle a lot of dealers will put you through. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy(which I cannot stand).( I like to be able to walk around and look at the inventory before someone is coming out the door, hounding me.) Our experience with Jay and Michelle was great. Jay knows the business and was very thorough. He took us for a test drive and explained quite well the many features of the Outback. This dealership is listed under the Better Business Bureau which was a plus. The paperwork was quick and easy and was ready for signing when we arrived to complete our purchase. The car was ready as promised with a full tank of gas. We will recommend this dealership to family and friends. More

My salesperson spent as much time with me as I needed to help me find the car I wanted and the general manager made financing my auto the easiest process I have had in a long time.
