Salesman Ed Hughes patiently explained the car's safety features and technology. It was clear that I was dealing with a knowledgeable professional who sincerely cared about the product that he was selling. Based on the information that Ed provided, I decided to buy the car. I received the same courtesy from Carl Savage, who worked with Ed and me to close the deal. When returned to pick up the car and complete the paperwork, Jared Zaum was efficient and considerate and didn't pressure me into buying additional services that I knew I would never use. I had been a loyal Subaru owner for many years. Occasionally, I suffer a lapse in judgment and purchase a vehicle from another manufacturer. I had given up my last Subaru because the safety features and technology were relatively primitive. As soon as Ed convinced me of the change, I was sold. I had been shopping around and comparing cars for quite a while and both Miller Ford and Miller Subaru were extraordinary experiences. I was beyond satisfied with their employees and thank Mike Glestein, John Godoy, Jared Zaum, Dave Seguin, and especially John McDonald for all they did to assist me. Talk about no stress! Talk about expertise! Talk about really working with the customer for the best deal! The Miller dealership deserves all the accolades they get and I will recommend them to anyone shopping for a car. A Pleasant Car-Buying Experience I needed a replacement car in a hurry when my 2000 Yukon XL's transmission suddenly went. I knew I wanted a smaller, more fuel-efficient vehicle, but I needed a replacement car in a hurry when my 2000 Yukon XL's transmission suddenly went. I knew I wanted a smaller, more fuel-efficient vehicle, but I still wanted it to be dependable in Pennsylvania's winter weather and to have some sport ute capability. I was also looking for a standard transmission. I did a lot of online exploration and found what was to become my 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek at Miller Subaru. Within hours of my online inquiry, I received a phone call back from Josh Kolodziej. I knew that if I liked the car, I'd want to take it home with me the day I came to test drive it, since I live about an hour and a half away from the dealership. I asked if this was possible and was assured that it was. The next day my daughter and I drove to the dealership to check out the car. The salesperson, John Poster, was very helpful and not all pushy. When we went for a test drive, it was a good, long test drive. It covered many types of driving conditions, from highway, to s-turns to small town traffic. I fell in love with my Crosstrek during the test drive. When we got back, I noticed some cosmetic issues and was able to negotiate a little bit because of them. The car came with a Subaru certified warranty, which was important to me because I live far away from the dealer. I can take my car to any Subaru dealer for warranty work. I filled out the paperwork necessary to secure a loan and was able to go out to lunch with my daughter while they processed it. When we got back, we finished up some loose ends and only had to wait about half an hour to forty five minutes until everything was ready. I had a nice, long drive home and quickly became familiar with my new-to-me car. It's fun to drive, responsive, comfortable, and has a good sound system, among other key features. The people at Miller made buying it a pleasurable experience. I'd highly recommend them to prospective car buyers. More

We were not satisfied with any of them. We decided to look at customer reviews for Miller Subaru and were amazed at all the very recent and amazing things people had to say about them. Even though this dealership is a forty minute drive, we decided to check them out. All we can say is every single outstanding review is spot on. They are the nicest people and our salesman, Graham Johns was so easy to work with. He was able to get us $200 below the lowest car sense invoice price we presented to him in addition to $1000 above what we were willing to accept for the trade-in of our present vehicle. We have never purchased a car this quickly in our entire life. There was no game playing whatsoever. It was well worth the 65 mile drive from Staten Island, NY to the MILLER SUBARU dealership to lease our 2014 Legacy. From my first conversation with Jessica Sansoni, Internet Sales Rep, to the many conversations with John Godoy, Sales and Leasing Representative, and including Carl Savage, Sales Manager, who completed the financing, the entire experience was completely enjoyable! The personnel at Miller Subaru are very friendly and courteous, completely honest, totally trustworthy and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable of the Subaru vehicle. I can truly understand why this family-owned dealership has been in business for over 100 years (since 1912). The price of the car never changed and we leased an 2014 Outback Limited, which was in transit to the dealership. We were so impressed with John and the Miller organization that we went back with my daughter 4 days later and she purchased a 2015 Forester Touring. The purchase process was very easy with absolutely no pressure. John told her what cars were on order and she decided on a white one. When her car came in John made sure that everything went smoothly and explained all of the features of the car. When my wife's lease is up in the fall we will return to Miller for a 2015 Legacy. More
