I spoke to Jason immediately reading his concerns. Since we have been in contact he has been in for us to listen to his speakers. We have ordered new speakers and he is coming in to have them replaced. this should fix his problem. jason appears satisfied with our commitment to fixing his problem and is pleased so far.
