I think this review is for service on 14 Jeep. Vehicle was dropped off for pre scheduled service on July 5 . 4 hour service appointment 48!plus hours later I had not been contacted about status of Vehicle was dropped off for pre scheduled service on July 5 . 4 hour service appointment 48!plus hours later I had not been contacted about status of vehicle. I called and left message but no one called back. On Monday July 10th I called again and they said the vehicle wasn’t completed yet. I called again on July 11th and then was told vehicle was done last Friday July 7. Zero communication from anyone unless I called. Was told vehicle needed be test driven by technician but when I picked up vehicle it had 1 mile more then drop off. More

I have been to this dealership for service three times. Each time it's there is some sort of communication issue.
