After checking in and waiting 15 minutes, I was told that I did not need an oil change. The last service man did not put a new sticker on the window and my coming in was a mistake. Called to find out if my car was done. Told it was done. Was told it would take 30 minutes to do paperwork. Waited 45 minutes then went to get car. Then found out they didn’t do the work requested - didn’t do the oil change. Had to wait another 45 minutes for the oil change. The service area, and the staff, seems to be in disarray. More
