We worked with Travis Harder and he was SO helpful. I had done an extensive amount of research prior to coming in and thought I knew enough about all of the features that I didn't care about having them all demonstrated, but Travis took the initiative to show them off and it was great to see everything in action. He was very patient and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had all of our questions answered. There was a slight defect with the steering wheel and he made sura that we had a new one ordered and installed quickly. Never did I feel like we were being "sold" into a car, we will definitely be returning here for future vehicles! More
