Scott my sales I knew what I wanted , looked around on the innerweb and found the vehicle I was in the market for , Miller Motors In Burlington , WI . Scott my salesperson was very appealing not a pusher like other salesmen at typical dealerships I have been to. I came up with a price and held steady with that number , If not I was ready to walk away , He tried his best to hold his ground however I told him I don't like wasting anybodies time and then after he talked to his sales manager , the number I gave him was the final price . I've done deals like this before but this one went smooth . I walked in at 11:00 , test drove the vehicle and by 2:00 the deal was done paperwork and all. I was already pre-approved for a loan which speeds up the process , he asked If I wanted the vehicle that day, I said " no I'll come back for it the next day" that way I didn't want to rush it, I pointed out some areas that needed some more cleaning and the dealership took care of it and also topped off the gas , NOT a 1/4 tank but a FULL tank that's what a fine dealership does. Customer satisfaction that's the key word. More
