I could not give a '5' rating because the oil fill cap was not reinstalled after the oil change was completed. The 'check engine' light came on before I could get up to Walmart. We went to Miller Motors on a very chilly day to research and drive used Jeep Grand Cherokee L's but left with a fantastic used Nissan Pathfinder!! This is the 6th vehicle we have purchased from Miller Motors over the years!! We’ve had an excellent experience every single time! Our sales associate for this visit was Collin Fredrick, who was outstanding! He greeted us in the upper lot and proceeded to promptly answer ALL our questions about every vehicle we inquired about on the lot. He was remarkably knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, a total pleasure to work with! And same as all our past experiences, there was no pressure or urgency to influence us to purchase anything. Cannot say how much we appreciate that!!!! Additionally, the entire environment at Miller Motors was upbeat and friendly, like being amongst friends. We also had the pleasure of working with Brandon Cooper for the financials. Though he wasn’t Bob, (long time financial guy at Miller) he was very knowledgeable and really great to work with. In closing, I would also like to add that their service department is one of the best we’ve ever experienced! We highly recommend Miller Motors all around!! My wife and I were shopping for a new Ford Explorer, and had already visited a couple of other car dealerships. Of course, we walked away from those dealerships. We were pleasantly surprised when we went to Miller Motor Sales in Burlington, WI. Jay Passey, our salesman, met us outside at the front door, and already had the listed car we were interested in, available and cleaned for us, parked right out front- ready and waiting for us to check out and test drive. We were impressed by Jay's both professional and friendly demeanor. We could tell he was a genuine, honest person. He described the vehicle's features and did not try to sell us any extras that we had no interest in. No high pressure sales tactics at all. We could sense that we were important to him. We certainly appreciated this. And he gave us a great deal, too! His honest approach was pleasantly refreshing, something we've rarely experienced at a car dealership. I can truly state that this was our most pleasant new car buying experience that I've ever had.
