My only complaint was this past time I went in for a scheduled service, I stood behind someone for a full 2o minutes while service people skirted around me without asking if I needed help and the person at the desk never looked up to acknowledge my presence or say a simple "Be with you in a few minutes" I find that very odd in a business that relies on repeat customers.
