I would like to take this opportunity to share what an outstanding buying experience my wife and I had on Saturday 3/24 working with Joseph DiBona in the purchase of our new 2012 Ford Escape. It is always a pleasure speaking with Joe as he is a straight forward sales associate who does not rush or push you into a deal. He was extremely knowledgeable of the product and attentive our personal transportation needs. He did not try to over sell and gave good advice related to what choices may be the best value for our needs. The stress associated with buying a new car can be very high however; both Marc E. Kweeder and Joseph L. DiBona provided us with outstanding customer service and attention to assure we received the best deal possible. Our vehicle was clean and full of fuel upon leaving the dealership. Joseph even went the extra mile by setting up the sync system and review all the features related to the truck. This is the third car I have personally purchased from Miller Ford. Also, my wife owned a Ford Focus in the past. In 2008 my brother purchased a Subaru Impreza from Miller Ford / Subaru based on my referral. It will be the routine service we receive which will determine our brand loyalty in the future. My wife and I recently purchased a new Ford Escape from Miller Ford and the experience could not have been better. Initially, we were shopping for a four-door sedan so we looked at several different brand Miller Ford and the experience could not have been better. Initially, we were shopping for a four-door sedan so we looked at several different brands (Honda, Subaru, Chevy and Kia) and we were not all that impressed with what they had to offer. We then test drove several Ford models and like all of them. But we kept looking at the Escape XLT and our salesman set us up for a test drive - we loved everything about it. The ride was smooth and quiet and the interior amenities were well-thought-out and convenient. Suffice to say, the product sold itself. But equally important was the actual transaction - which in our opinion is usually the most painful and stressful part of the process when purchasing a new vehicle. Not at Miller! Or salesman (Keith Miller) and the Sales Manager (John McDonald) were amazing. They answered all our questions, guided us on rebates, financing, extended warranty options, and reviewed Miller's comprehensive service program. It was the easiest part of the process. From start to finish we were in and out of the dealership with our new Escape in less than three hours including all the test drives we took. Lastly, once we left the dealership that was not the end of Miller. The dealership stays in close touch via email to ensure everything was (and is) to our complete satisfaction and they even provide FREE training during the day and evening for those who want to learn how to use all the features of Ford's amazing SYNC system. We HIGHLY recommend Miller Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle. The vehicles are top-notch, the service is excellent, the price is fair, and there's no pressure from their sales team. More
