This was by far the most payless sales experience I've ever had. Steve was very knowledgeable of the cars seen and helpful in helping us choose the right car for us. Also, Bob in finance (with whom I signed all the paperwork) really took the time to explain the details of the lease arrangements and where savings could be found downstream. My wife and I picked a lease and calculated the lowest down payment needed to fit into the best monthly payment without "over-paying" for the car over the term of the lease. I will definitely come back to Miller Ford when it’s time for my next car and will recommend them to my friends when looking for a new car. Thank you, thank you, and thank you for a great experience! We just purchased a 2012 Focus. The car that we wanted was not available and Bobby searched, found the car and followed up to have delivery to us in less than 1 week. I'd never considered a Ford. I had a list of criteria that I was looking for in my new vehicle and only stopped at Miller when the local Dodge, Chevy, Jeep and Subaru dealerships failed to meet my needs. that I was looking for in my new vehicle and only stopped at Miller when the local Dodge, Chevy, Jeep and Subaru dealerships failed to meet my needs. I was amazed at the selection and knowledge of my agent, Lee Goldinger. The Explorer was a perfect fit and I am thoroughly satisfied. I love my new truck! The paperwork was quick and painless and the whole process was explained concisely by Rose Principato. Even the GM, John, surprised me by stopping by to welcome me to the Ford family. I've since contacted Lee to order a couple things for my new truck. He called me back the next day, as promised, with prices and available service times to have the equipment installed. He even matched the price when I told him I'd found a cheaper install price online. This was, by far, the best car buying experience I've ever had and I woulnd't hesitate to recommend Miller Ford, and Lee, to anyone. More
I recently purchased a Nissan Frontier from Miller Ford. The truck appeared to be in very good condition so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Travis King their internet sales manager. I told Travis I was interested in the truck and from out of state and would be traveling some distance to the dealership, would he be willing to give me their best cash price over the phone which many dealerships seem reluctant to due, in addition to an honest assessment as to the overall condition of the truck. The price I was quoted was by far the best deal from any dealership and Travis personally looked over the vehicle for me. The truck was held for me until I could make arrangements to come see it. Upon arrival I met Lee Goldinger my sales consultant. The condition of the truck was just as described by Travis and far exceeded my expectations. Lee gave me the keys and told me to take it for as long as a test drive as I liked, there was no pressure to purchase the vehicle. Lee was an absolute pleasure to deal with friendly and helpful just like everyone at Miller Ford. I also appreciated that Lee came in on his day off to show me the truck and handle the sale. Miller Ford was the best dealership I have ever dealt with in the purchase of a vehicle, their customer service is outstanding and would highly recommend them to anyone. I have been dealing with Keith Randall for many years. (Prior to Miller Ford Lincoln he was with Dennis Zawalich, Owner of Burlington Lincoln Mercury, which merged with Miller.) He is personable, knowledgeable, and a true professional. Keith and the Miller team make my new lease car experience painless everytime. Keith always insures that the process is expedited so I do not have to wait unnecessarily; i.e., the paperwork is prepared ahead of my arriving. This time Keith realized that I had a scheduling conflict, so he and Dennis Zawalich drove to my home and brought my 2011 MKZ back to the dealership. I was able to meet them at the dealership later in the day to complete my transaction and pick up my new 2012 MKZ. Now that's what I call EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! Bob Ball was friendly and efficient in handling my leasing paperwork. I am more than happy to recommend all of these fine people on the Miller Ford Lincoln team to my family and friends. More
