Spent hours on the Ford website researching options and MSRP. Submitted the model with options we wanted thru Pen Fed online car buying service. Miller Ford came up as a Pen Fed approved dealer. Next morning received an email from Travis King acknowledging Miller Ford was Pen Fed approved and they would honor the target price. Went to the dealership the next day and met with Lee Goldinger. Lee was very welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. He went thru and explained all the option with us. Because of the options selected the truck would have to be a factory order. Lee introduced us to his manager, Marc Kweeder who verified our selection and said we would get the incentive offers locked in. While meeting with Marc, Lee came back with paper work informing us we were eligible for an additional $750 Ford incentive for a questionnaire my wife filled out at the January Philadelphia auto show. The total incentives we receive was $3,250. We had a great experience purchasing this truck from Miller. Lee and Marc are very friendly, honest, and accommodating, no pressure or hype. When we started the research on our new car purchase, we contacted three dealers. Out of those three, Miller Ford was the only dealer that followed up with us via email. When we arrived at the dealership to look at what was available, Lee Goldinger assisted us. Lee was very patient with us as we weren’t sure which SUV we wanted. After we drove four different vehicles, Lee sat down with us and went over options, price etc. Once we decided on which SUV and which options were most important to us, Lee started the search. Within a few days, Lee found our Expedition. There were no “high pressure” selling tactics at Miller Ford. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. Lee is very personable, easy to deal with and has a great sense of humor. He spent the time to find us the perfect vehicle. I would highly recommend Miller Ford and all of their staff. From the salespeople (Lee in particular) to the finance staff. Next time we are in the market for a new vehicle, we will start with Miller Ford. I would highly recommend them for any purchasing a new or used vehicle. More

Three hours into our visit, we drove away in a brand new F-150 off the lot. The truck continues to exceed our expectations and is a pure joy to drive. All of this was made possible by Steve Wall's easy demeanor with none of the sales pressure that is often directed at the consumer. We were able to come to a quick agreement concerning the trade-in value for our old car and the rebates reduced the overall price of the truck to a reasonable monthly payment that was within our target range. And to top it off, the truck has more options than we thought were possible. If I had to custom-purchase a truck, this is exactly what I would have wanted. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Wall and the sales team at Miller Ford to anyone who is shopping for a new vehicle. More
