After giving Frank the info, he worked on it as though it was for his own kid, keeping in touch with updates and progress until he found a car that exceeded our needs but not our price and in the color my daughter really really wanted. Frank made an appointment with us to do all the paperwork, applied all the rebates and carefully went over all features and operations of the car with my daughter. I should mention that Frank gave us some very practical advise and guidance which we very much appreciated and welcomed. I have been a customer of Miller Ford for a long time and with Frank's expertise in the industry see no reason or need to change. In as short of phase as possible, Frank, You're The Best! Stephen wall is a great salesman, he truly knew my price range and knew what I was looking for and truly helped me get the perfect vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to do everything they could to help me with getting a vehicle. Rose in the finance department is great also, she and Stephen together worked on several pre owned vehicles until they found the right one for me. Stephen knew I had no money to put down, my price range and my preferences and he truly went above and beyond. I honestly did not know what to expect the night that I had came into Miller Ford, I am and will continue to be a Miller Ford customer 100% They truly had made me feel good about purchasing my first car. James was a very caring person in helping me decide on my vehicle. He was patient and very understanding. The other dealer never contacted me after my visits. James also worked with me in figuring out how to handle my car since I would not be trading it in. Everyone I talked to there were very nice and made me feel welcomed. James was also very helpful in making sure that I could parrellel park by letting me do this on the lot. If I could not verify my ability to do this i would not have bought the vehicle. This was my first SUV and I was a little apprehensive. It was also nice to receive a note of thanks for my business after we left. It has made me feel like a valued customer. This was truly a very nice experience and would recommend James to my friends who want to buy a Ford. More

After finding out that it was possible to create a Mustang to my liking/specifications, I decided to lease a 2013 Mustang from Miller Ford in Mt. Holly, NJ that had to be built in Michigan. After being assured numerous times it would only be 6 weeks (8 weeks at the very most direct from the sales manager), the 6 weeks came and went and never received a call from the dealer. I called and was told it would take 2 more weeks with no explanation. After two more weeks I received no call and had to call myself again. I took multiple days to receive a call back and was finally told that my car would arrive on August 21. So, on August 21 I was expecting a call from the dealer and never got one. After calling the dealer I was then told that there was a "parts shortage" and my vehicle wouldn't be ready until September 11. On September 11 I received no call once again and had to call the dealership to find out where my car was. Once again I was told it would be here at some point later in the week. I finally ended up receiving a call in the middle of the 12th week from the dealership that my car had arrived. I picked it up that night and the car itself was exactly what I wanted, but was missing the $85 all weather floor mats that I had ordered. I still have yet to get these after having the vehicle for one week. Overall, I felt like I was mislead by the dealer into making this purchase as one of the main factors I ordered the vehicle was the fact that the sales manager told me it would take 6 weeks and 8 weeks at the very most. Honestly, who wants to wait 3 months for a car? The car itself is great, but the most troubling part about this dealership is that 1. I was originally mislead on the time it would take to get in and 2. No one even had the common decency to at least keep me updated on my situation. All I got was excuse after excuse why no one called me, but the fact is there is more than ONE person who works at this dealership, and if they had something going on someone else should've been appointed to keep me updated. I strongly recommend this dealership, as it was a very positive and hassle-free experience. I initially ran a Consumer Reports "New Car Report," and it recommended Miller Ford, in addition to 2 other deal positive and hassle-free experience. Miller Ford returned an internet quote within an hour, based on the car I had "built," and it was a very good quote. When I went to the dealership a couple days later, I was greeted by Sean Rafter, who was very friendly, non-pushy and extremely well-versed in the 2013 Escape that I was interested in. We went for a test drive, and I was very impressed with the way the car handled. Though the dealership didn't have the exact vehicle I wanted, Sean ran a report to see if they would be receiving a car that contained everything I wanted and in the color I wanted (Platinum White), but they didn't have such an SEL on this list. Sean introduced me to the Sales Manager, who suggested that if I wanted to purchase a 2013 Escape in that color and with every option, Miller Ford would special order it. We discussed the exact car I wanted, options and price and the trade in value for my 2007 Volvo S40. In a very short period of time, I was offered a fabulous deal - far better than Consumer Report's "great deal" - for the exact Escape I wanted, and also got exactly what I wanted for my trade in. There was absolutlely no reason to shop anywhere else, which saved me a lot of time and haggling. The Sales Manager learned that I was an ADP employee and gave me an ADP employee discount, on top of the great price I was already offered, and also promised that when the car was delivered, I'd be eligible for additional discounts if any were being offered. My car arrived earlier over two weeks earlier than expected, and I took delivery on Tuesday, 9/6. However, Miller Ford back dated the delivery to 8/31, so I could take advantage of another $750 discount that expired on that day. On top of the very personable and great service I received, the business manager obtained an excellent finance package for me, at only 3.9%. I'm extremely happy with my beautiful Escape and will be servicing it exclusively at Miller Ford, as their service department is "certified" by Ford. I was happy to do business with a dealership that I trusted and with likeable individuals who went above and beyond to earn my business. More
We live in Cherry Hill, but we drove to Lumberton to Miller Ford based on the recommendation of our son who has purchased his last 2 vehicles there. We had called first and talked to Ryan, who did some research for us and called us to tell us what was available that met our criteria. We went that afternoon and were helped by Steve Wall and also the office business manager, Rose Principato. We found the car that we were very pleased with and were pleasantly surprised that the entire transaction could be accomplished that day, saving us a trip back. We leased a 2013 Ford Edge and we love it. Thanks to all at Miller Ford. More
