After a terrible experience at another local dealership, I decided to give Miller Ford a shot. When I arrived, Ryan was prepared for our appointment and referred me to Lee Goldinger. Lee has a great sense of humor and is the opposite of the stereotypical car salesman. He has extensive product knowledge and showed me every trim level and feature I wanted to see. The negotiation process was painless and I left knowing I got the best deal. The GM, John McDonald represents his facility with pride. It was so nice to be dealt with as a person, not a possible "sale." I will happily return for my future vehicle needs. More

Frank Nash was recommended to me by a coworker and friend who advised me he was the best all-around guy to help me in my search. I went to see him about a used truck for my daughter. I was disappointed that Dick Kobrin was too busy to help me after he was introduced as my email contact. I didn't understand he wouldn't be helping me buy a car. Mike was was nice and eager to learn. Chuck Robson was very helpful in listening to the terms and features I was looking for in leasing my new 2013 MKS. The salesman I dealt with was Lee Goldinger,and his handling of my purchase was outstanding from the day I arrived till the day I drove away in my new Mustang. He was knowledgeable of the car I was interested in and very helpful in aiding me in my decision. Based on my car buying experience I can only assume any visits to Miller Service Dept. will be just as rewarding I will recommend Miller Ford and Lee Goldinger to anyone I know who may be car shopping More

It has been a week since I have had my new Escape and couldn't be happier! I had a volkswagen beetle and wanted to trade it for an suv with similar features (sunroof, leather, heated seats, serius radio couldn't be happier! I had a volkswagen beetle and wanted to trade it for an suv with similar features (sunroof, leather, heated seats, serius radio). Joe went above and beyond for me with helping me get the model type and color that I wanted. He was also very educated on the Escape and it's features which helped me with all the questions I had.
