Joe Gallagher (and a man who went by Si) was FANTASTIC and either knew the answers to my questions or got me the answer on the various truck amenities. We did not care for him in our 2010 purchase and were hoping to get another sales representative but were advised that we had to use him because he previously sold us a car. Next time we come in to buy a car, if we are told Bobby must be our sales representative we will walk out. The customer should not be mandated to work with the same sales representative. We should be able to decide if we want to keep the same sales representative. Joe and Si are true assets to Miller Ford. This was our sixth Ford/Mercury purchase (3 cars and 3 trucks) in 30 years. Not only did they close the deal in an extremely professional manner but they also went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with every detail of the car by special ordering a car to my exact specifications. Although it took the factory longer than ecxpected to finally deliver the car your staff was superb! From the salesman quickly and throughly answering my calls and emails without a hint of ever getting tired of my many queries (a multipurpose employee -- he not only handled my sale and my pesky questions but he also helped deal directly with my bank), to the finance folks working with my bank, to the sales manager helping to close out the deal and get me into my new car as quickly as possible after it's arrival.
