Not only did I get to touch and feel a Focus ST on that visit but your staff offered such a phenomenal bargain that I had no choice but to put down a deposit (despite the fact that I live in Brooklyn and fully expected to buy from a dealer closer to home). Not only did they close the deal in an extremely professional manner but they also went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with every detail of the car by special ordering a car to my exact specifications. Although it took the factory longer than ecxpected to finally deliver the car your staff was superb! From the salesman quickly and throughly answering my calls and emails without a hint of ever getting tired of my many queries (a multipurpose employee -- he not only handled my sale and my pesky questions but he also helped deal directly with my bank), to the finance folks working with my bank, to the sales manager helping to close out the deal and get me into my new car as quickly as possible after it's arrival.
