My individual experience: After Kelly Simon and Dick Kobrin found several models that fit what I was looking for, they gave me an offer that was beating the competition by a few hundred. About a week later they got a model that fit exactly what I was looking for and they they gave me an even better deal that was lower than the first. To put it in perspective, when I told another Ford dealer that my Miller Ford sales price quote was they literally responded with "We are unable to do that because of the quote you got from them is wrong".
