This was my first transaction with Miller Ford to buy a 2013 Fusion Hybrid. I had the pleasure to meet with Kevin Souder as the sales advisor who gave me all the time and attention I needed to place an ord 2013 Fusion Hybrid. I had the pleasure to meet with Kevin Souder as the sales advisor who gave me all the time and attention I needed to place an order the car. I approached the dealership with pricing from an on-line car pricing service which they honored. Kevin did the research so that he could present any qualifying Ford discounts and even corporate discounts that I was eligible for. After three visits to the dealership and two test drives, I finalized the order. It took 3 months for the Fusion to arrive at Miller Ford but Kevin kept me updated on the status of the order from date of assembly to expected delivery date. At the closing of the sale, the finance manager offered extended warranty protection but no hard sell tactics. Kevin spent as much time as we needed to become familiar with the Fusion's electronic navigation / entertainment / environmental features. Overall, the experience with Miller Ford exceeded my expectations. More

Ryan contacted me through email and was very professional, he had the truck out and ready when we arrived and Lee Goldinger greeted us within two minutes. It was a smooth transition from internet sales to in store sales and Lee was well informed with our needs through Ryan. Lee was very knowledgeable and was full of information. We pretty much had done allof our "homework" but I have to say this is the best exexperience I have had at any FORD dealership. I would recommend Lee to anyone. Infact, I have.. already. I do not tend to recommend people unless they really "wow" me but I have to say this was the perfect sale. Even the sales manager Joe Gallagher came out to talk with us and again when we stopped back up the following day. This ford dealership really has it together and that coupled with great communication and customer service has made me recommend them to others already! More

On March 10th, 2013 my 2007 Lincoln Town Car was deemed non-repairable as the result of a car accident. I researched the Internet extensively for a replacement. The best deal for the money that I could find was a 2010 Lincoln Town Car resting at this dealers location in Lumberton, NJ. I called on the 19th and spoke with Ryan and asked if he could hold it for me til the next day. He said he would and he did. On the 20th I drove 50 minutes from Media, Pa. to Miller Ford and met with Ryan who in turn introduced me to Joe Dibona and we went for a test ride. I think Joe knew I really liked the car but he didn't play hardball with me as we negotiated the price. He introduced me to Joe Gallagher to finalize the price and before long we had a deal which I could not close til Friday the 22nd. I felt so good about the experience and by the way, I just turned 58 and made many deals which made me feel like I was in a 10 round bout, that I stopped at a local bakery to bring with me a dozen donuts. I never did that before. I showed up earlier then expected and explained that I had to be out of there in an hour. Preston took me into his office and we were finished within 30 minutes. Preston said if I can think of anything else after I leave that Miller Ford might owe me in the deal just call. I've never heard that from any other dealer. Joe Dibona said my car was ready and waiting. It was meticulously detailed beyond my expectation. I left with a big smile on my face. Sure, all dealers act professional and courteous but I don't think they were acting. I can't think of anything they owe me but I can't recall if I said thank you, so THANKYOU MILLER FORD LINCOLN. At first over the phone the experience was good for the most part, they worked with me on the price, but Kelly neglected to return phone calls when she told me she would. Then we reached a deal on the truck, Drove two hours to get the truck and they didn't even want to fill up the gas tank for us. Then, about a week after the purchase of the car, I get NO call as to whether the experience was good or if im happy with the purchase. No Follow up at all. Also I've called Joe 4 times about 2 weeks after, to see what the time frame on the registration was, and He answered the first time, said he would give me a call back and let me know, But still haven't heard from him yet. Granted, the truck i bought is very nice and I like it, but Miller Fords' customer service after the sale is the worst Ive ever witnessed. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
