I went to Miller Ford because I wanted to look at "possibly" buying a new F-150 truck, Lee walked me around the lot, we talked about what I was looking for and what they had. I found a truck that was perfect for me, and the dealership gave me a very fair price, we went over to Mark the sales manager and he looked over my trade in, gave me a fair price for that also, well needless to say I went from looking to buying, I could not be happier, great dealership with great people, not only would I recomend them to other people, but would buy from them again when I need another car or truck. We walked into Miller Ford with the intention of looking at new Fords but immediately ran into Mr. Mark Miller. He then showed us a new 2012 Lincoln MKX that was not much more than the Edge. From there Mr. Bobby Hall helped us with the purchase. He stayed with us through the whole process and could not have been more helpful, informative and friendly. He even helped us set up the car's phone sync and other options. Filling out the paper work for the loan was tedious but Mrs. Principato was more than helpful, explained everything and put us at ease. At the age of 62, I have purchased many cars but never have I had a more pleasant experience. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. Looking to purchase a truck next year, my first visit will be Miller Ford. I highly recommend Miller Ford and will tell my friends. More
Buying experience was good, atmosphere casual and relaxed. Dealer provided keys for a "your-on-your-own" test drive which allowed time for a thorough evaluation. Settled on price with salesmen directly without a lot of hassle. Price drop of $700 on $13K list. However, car "detailing" consisted of little more than a wash and vac. Dealer also changed oil. After driving car (2010 Escape) for 24 hours would not start and required tow to dealership. Battery leaked and destroyed positive side clamp and wiring harness. Dealer covered all expenses: towing, parts, new battery, and labor within 2-days. No extended warranty had been purchased but repair was covered. Overall experience at Miller was good but felt car was inadequately inspected and prepared for sale. More

We found James Dunn, our Sales Consultant, and John McDonald, the General Manager, very helpful and patient. They were eager to earn our business and made that clear to us. James answered all our questions and knew his vehicles well, and went so far as to answer follow-up questions via phone and email. John remembered us from a previous sales experience, over 10 years ago, and again, this helped us feel at ease and trusting in our dealings with them. It is worth noting that Chip Miller helped us with a warranty issue with our first Windstar van, which resulted in that earlier (2002) Miller purchase, when the dealer from which we had purchased the original 1996 Windstar was unwilling to go to work with us. Add to this, the fact that we learned that James Dunn and our sons had some mutual friends, and James had actually played college football against one of our sons, and it just made everything that much more comfortable and trustworthy. Rose (last name?) in financing was also very helpful and patient in explaining the lease/financing the night we completed the deal. Very down-to-earth. The year-end incentives are very competitive right now, and I would thus recommend Miller Ford and their staff to anyone who is looking at this time. For all these reasons, I would recommend Miller Ford and its staff unequivocally. More
This was our first time buying a car from a dealer. Came in to look at the used Ford Taurus X. Was in the car test driving it within 15-20 minutes. No pressure. No "greasiness". I am a 24 year old male purchasing my first car and I visited several dealerships before ending my search at Miller Ford; many of the places I visited before had salesmen that either sort of brushed me o visited several dealerships before ending my search at Miller Ford; many of the places I visited before had salesmen that either sort of brushed me off and payed me no mind OR tried pushing a vehicle on me that I couldn't afford. It really felt like they all did more talking than listening and were trying to take me and my wallet for a ride. But from the time I walked in the door I felt comfortable, respected, and like they genuinely appreciated my business at Miller Ford. The sales people I worked with were C Chauhan and John McDonald and they were both extremely helpful, insightful, attentive, and just overall nice people to go through the whole car purchasing process with. Both John and C listened and then steered me in the right direction with everything I was looking for in a car. Before I even got to the dealership I had it set in my mind that the best car for me was a used Ford Fusion; but after talking with them and telling them what I needed from my car, they got me an even better deal on a brand new Ford Focus. They didn't try to oversell me on anything or force cars out of my price range down my throat and it felt like they really appreciated my business even though I wasn't spending a fortune with them. The icing on the cake was working with Rose Principato. Rose helped with signing the legal papers, going over the finances, and discussing warranties as well as additional available packages and things. She was beyond helpful in clearly explaining all the financing mumbo-jumbo and what warranty was the best option for both a first time car buyer and a young man on a budget. Miller Ford not only thoroughly impressed me with their friendliness and great customer service, they were respectful, helpful, and most important upfront and honest. I felt and still feel good about my whole experience with them and LOVE my new car. They have definitely made a return customer out of me and recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. More
